• ThotCoin is not a cryptocurrency, blockchain token, or decentralised asset and is not built on or associated with any blockchain technology
• Purchases of ThotCoin are final and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify ThotCoin pricing, earning rates, and spending costs at any time
• Unused ThotCoin may expire as specified in our policies
• Upon account termination or suspension, any remaining ThotCoin balance is forfeited with no compensation

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI systems
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
